What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Can I return a made-to-order item?
Yes - as long as no changes or alterations have been made to the design or the piece itself, and it meets our returns criteria.
Please note custom merch items cannot be returned.

When will I get my order?
Made-to-order items can take up to 4 weeks before dispatch, and we aim to ship in-stock items within 2 working days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are designed and manufactured in the UK, and are either made-to-order or produced in small batches to reduce waste.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates vary and they are calculated based on your location and the items in your order.
Just pop the items you would like in your cart and complete your address, and you should then be able to see the shipping price before you purchase.
What is Cupro?
Cupro is a breathable, silky-smooth "regenerated cellulose" fabric made from cotton linter—the ultra-fine, un-spinnable fibers attached to cotton seeds. Often called "vegan silk," it mimics the luxurious drape and feel of natural silk.
Cupro has a soft, buttery texture with a subtle, elegant sheen. It is moisture-wicking and hypoallergenic.
Our supplier uses Bemberg™ Cupro, which is manufactured using a closed-loop process that captures and recycles the heavy chemicals required to produce it.
Why is your silk 'ethical'?
We only use Peace Silk, also known as Ahimsa silk, which is a method of silk production designed to avoid harming or killing silkworms. Instead of boiling or steaming cocoons to harvest a continuous thread, it allows the silkworm to fully mature into a moth and emerge naturally before the silk is collected.
Our supplier's regenerative farming methods protect biodiversity, reduce resource usage, and promote healthier ecosystems. By eliminating harmful chemicals, their zero-impact production delivers luxurious fabrics that meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
Are your fabrics Vegan and cruelty-free?
Silk: Whilst we deem our silk to be ethical, it is an animal-derived product, so is therefore not vegan.
Cupro: Our Cupro is plant-based and vegan, and is certified Peta-Approved.
Cotton: The cotton used in our Merch Shop products is also plant-based and vegan, and is not tested on animals.
